- Vickie Guerrero opens the show, she introduces new WWE Champion Randy Orton to a string of boo's... Orton gets on the mic and claims he didn't know that Triple H was going to "screw" Daniel Bryan at Summerslam and claims that he didn't need anyone's help and would have cashed in and won regardless. Daniel Bryan comes out and calls Orton arrogant and a lair. He demands a rematch for the WWE title. Orton then refuses the rematch and tried to surprise Bryan with an RKO but Bryan reverses it and nails Orton with a dropkick sending him outside of the ring. Orton walks away up the ramp as Bryan leads the crowd in "YES!" chants to end the segment.
- Backstage Wade Barrett asks for another rematch against Daniel Bryan, Vickie says this time it will be a steel cage match to some loud cheers.
- They recap what happened on RAW between CM Punk & Curtis Axel...

- Alberto Del Rio then gets on the mic but is immediately interrupted by Ricardo Rodriguez, Ricardo praises the crowd in Bakersfield then brings out Rob Van Dam... Christian hits a dropkick on Del Rio from behind and RVD nails a rolling thunder on Rio. RVD & Ricardo celebrate by holding up the World Championship.

- After the match Bryan exits the cage but is immediately attacked by Randy Orton who was hiding under the ring, Orton stands over Bryan holding the WWE Championship to a string of "YOU SUCK!" chants to end the show.
