- Many were wondering why Ricardo Rodriguez was partnered up with the already insanely over Rob Van Dam... well WWE officials believe that Ricardo & RVD could make a good team and they want to continue to use Ricardo as a babyface. The idea of having RVD feud with Alberto Del Rio came up just after Summerslam had ended and was penciled in at RAW Monday night.
- WWE aired a promo for a new tag team called "Los Matadores" on RAW Monday night... originally thought to be new NXT talent's it turns out it is only Epico & Primo repackaged with a new gimmick. It is unknown if Rosa Mendes will still have involvement with them.
